1. About Bourbon
Bourbon adalah GOM (Group Order Manager) yang menyediakan jasa pembelian cotton doll, accessories doll, dan item fandom lainnya. Semua barang bersifat PRE-ORDER, artinya barang akan dipesan terlebih dahulu dari luar negeri sesuai jadwal.Bourbon is a Group Order Manager (GOM) that provides purchasing services for cotton dolls, doll accessories, and other fandom-related items.
All items are PRE-ORDER, meaning they will be ordered from overseas according to the scheduled timeline.2. Sistem Order | Order System
• Order dilakukan melalui Google Form atau DM.
• Pembeli wajib mengisi data dengan benar dan lengkap.
• Tidak menerima cancel atau refund setelah mengisi form dan membayar DP/full payment! Kecuali produksi dibatalkan oleh maker.
• Order hanya akan diproses jika sudah melakukan pembayaran sesuai batas waktu (deadline) PO.
• Pembeli dibawah 17 tahun wajib memiliki konsen dari orangtua! Pembeli bertanggungjawab atas pemesanan yang dilakukan. Mengikuti PO berarti mengikuti peraturan pemesanan di Bourbon.• Orders are placed via Google Form or Direct Message (DM).
• Buyers are required to fill in their information accurately and completely.
• No cancellations or refunds are accepted after the order form is submitted and DP/full payment has been made, unless the production is canceled by the maker.
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been completed within the PO deadline.
• Buyers under 17 years old must have parental consent. Buyers are fully responsible for their orders. By participating in the PO, buyers agree to all ordering rules set by Bourbon.3. Pembayaran | Payment Method
• Sistem pembayaran dapat berupa DP (uang muka) dan pelunasan, atau full payment langsung.
• Metode pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui nomor rekening dan E-Wallet yang tersedia.
• Keterlambatan pembayaran pelunasan setelah deadline akan dikenakan denda 5k/hari dan maksimal 1 bulan akan cancel otomatis tanpa pengembalian DP.
• Harga bersifat estimasi dan dapat berubah mengikuti kurs maupun pajak. Selisih harga akan ditagihkan pada pelunasan akhir saat barang tiba di Indonesia.• Orders will only be processed after payment is completed within the PO deadline.
• Payment is made via PayPal.
• After the items arrive in Indonesia, buyers will receive a separate invoice for international shipping costs via email, based on the destination address.
• Orders will be shipped only after all outstanding payments are fully settled.4. Mengenai Fanmerch Cotton Doll | About Fanmerch Cotton Doll
• Cotton doll tidak bisa 100% sama dengan sample dari maker, mohon bijak saat membeli.
• Cotton doll bukan barang kerajinan tangan! Terlebih untuk doll ukuran 10cm yang membutuhkan ketelitian tinggi, tidak terkecuali untuk doll 20cm. Cacat minor seperti asimetris, benang keluar dan yang lainnya tidak bisa melakukan refund.• Cotton dolls may not be 100% identical to the maker’s sample. Please purchase wisely and with understanding.
• Cotton dolls are not handmade items. Especially for 10 cm dolls, which require high precision (this also applies to 20 cm dolls). Minor defects such as slight asymmetry, loose threads, or similar issues are not eligible for refunds.5. Estimasi Waktu | Estimated Timeline
• Barang pre-order memiliki estimasi waktu produksi sekitar 3–6 bulan (bisa lebih, tergantung maker) dan pengiriman dengan EMS sekitar 2-3 minggu, melalui SEA dengan estimasi 1-2 bulan diluar redline dan delay hari besar. Pembeli diharapkan untuk bersabar, update order dapat dilihat di Masterlist Bourbon.
• Bourbon tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan dari pihak supplier, bea cukai, atau ekspedisi.
• Bourbon akan memberikan update secara berkala melalui Twitter (X) dan Masterlist yang terdapat pada link.• Pre-order items have an estimated production period of approximately 3–6 months (may take longer depending on the maker). International shipping via EMS takes approximately 2–3 weeks, while SEA shipping takes around 1–2 months, excluding redline periods and public holiday delays. Buyers are expected to be patient. Order updates can be viewed in the Bourbon Masterlist.
• Bourbon is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs clearance, or shipping couriers.
• Bourbon will provide regular updates via Twitter (X) and the Masterlist linked.6. Pengiriman ke Pembeli
• Setelah barang sampai ke Indonesia dan selesai didata, pembeli akan dikenakan ongkir lokal ke alamat masing-masing Semua barang selalu diperiksa dengan teliti sebelum dikirim. Hanya barang dalam kondisi baik yang akan dikirimkan ke pembeli.
• Pengiriman lokal menggunakan ekspedisi seperti JNE, Sicepat, atau SPX.
• Pembeli wajib mengisi form pengiriman yang sudah dikirim melalui Email untuk pencocokan data agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pengiriman!
• Keterlambatan pengisian bisa menyebabkan pengiriman tertunda.International Shipping
• After the items arrive in Indonesia and are fully recorded, orders will be shipped to the buyer’s address. All items are carefully inspected before shipment, and only items in good condition will be sent.
• International shipments are handled via Pos Indonesia (Export Service).
• Buyers are required to complete the shipping form sent via email to confirm shipping details and prevent delivery errors.
• Buyers must inform any address changes and provide a valid contact number for international delivery.
• Late submission of the shipping form or late payment of international shipping fees may result in shipment delays.
• Bourbon is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier or customs during international shipping. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.7. Retur & Refund | Return & Refund
• Barang yang sudah dibeli tidak bisa dikembalikan atau ditukar.
• Jika terjadi kerusakan selama pengiriman, tanggung jawab ada pada pihak ekspedisi.
Namun, kami bersedia membantu proses follow-up klaim ke pihak ekspedisi.
• Bourbon tidak menerima refund langsung jika kerusakan disebabkan oleh pihak ekspedisi.
• Refund (jika disetujui) akan mengikuti kebijakan klaim dari ekspedisi yang digunakan.
• Mohon ajukan permintaan retur/refund maksimal 1x24 jam setelah barang diterima, disertai bukti foto/video unboxing tanpa jeda (tanpa pause/cut). Permintaan lewat batas waktu tersebut tidak dapat kami proses.
• Refund akan diproses jika:
- Order dibatalkan oleh maker/seller atau tidak mencapai MOQ (Minimum of Quantity) dan dana telah dikembalikan ke Bourbon.• Once an order has been shipped to an international address, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
• Refunds will only be issued if production is canceled by the maker/seller or the order fails to meet the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and funds have been returned to Bourbon.
• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting PayPal administrative fees.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for issues related to international shipping, customs, or courier handling.8. Kebijakan Tambahan | Additional Policies
• Kami berhak menolak pesanan dari pembeli yang tidak kooperatif atau masuk blacklist.
• Jika terkena blacklist maka semua pesanan tidak akan dilanjut dan tidak ada refund.• We reserve the right to reject orders from buyers who are uncooperative or have been blacklisted.
